Primitive Hutch

This piece of Canadian furniture history from the early 1920's was rescued from a 100 year old building across the Bow River from downtown Calgary AB.

I wanted to pay homage to it's roots by leaving the outside of this unique piece as original as possible. The inside was freshened up with paint and details to reflect it's time period 

It's layers of paint and beautiful patina tells a story of days gone by, with stillore stories to live through.
